Cynthia Taylor Publishes on Peer Instruction In Small Liberal Arts Colleges

Assistant Professor of Computer Science Cynthia Taylor recently published a paper in the proceedings of ITICSE 2013, the annual conference on Innovation and Technology in Computer Science Education. The paper, “Peer Instruction in Computer Science at Small Liberal Arts Colleges,” is an evaluation of using the active learning technique of peer instruction in liberal arts colleges, and small, teaching-focused classes. This is the first evaluation of this technique that specifically looks at liberal arts schools rather than large research institutions.
