1981 Vespa P200E

My daily rider the last 2 seasons. Great reliable start Everytime. Shifts smooth, and accelerates quick. Only selling because I'm moving to Quebec and not sure I'll be able to transfer my M license.

Could use a recoiled stator and/or replacement regulator (voltage at the headset is a little low, but all electrical still functional). This bike is a blast.

Purchased from Cleveland Moto. Clean title in hand.

Serious buyers only. No low-ball offers, because that will just convince me it is worth trailering it to Canada!

Stunning Century Home on Large, Landscaped, Partially Wooded Lot

Large, well-maintained red brick Italiante beauty on an almost 1-acre lot. This is one of Oberlin's historical landmarks built in 1881 by Amasa West. The 2452 sq. ft. home is zoned and appropriate for single family occupancy, multiple family occupancy and/or professional office use. All interior systems are updated. The interior decor, trim, design and flooring accents maintain the original integrity. Plenty of room for library, study, art studio, sewing room or office waiting area.

The surrounding grounds include a spectacular Japanese garden, waterfall, and an Amish gazebo. Areas of mature trees and lush landscaping provide a private oasis. This home also features outdoor seating areas, porches and decking. Outdoor buildings include 2-car garage, a 31 x 49 pole barn and a 40 x 28 artisan's wood working and antique furniture shop.

Please call Gregg Fior for a personal tour. Serious inquiries only, please. 440-221-3534. $320,000
