3BR/2BA house starting late Jan 2019, $1,000+utils -- great for families/staff/profs!

This former Airbnb rental is large, comfy, and well-maintained. Very close to campus, on East Lorain Street between Pleasant and Park. (A block beyond the art museum.)

3BR/2BA, with a nice "music room" in addition to the living room. (I'll retain a locked room for storage, from which I'll pick things up a few times a year.) It's $1,000/month plus utilities, which generally come to $200-300 . Is furnished, but can be delivered unfurnished. One lease only; not renting separate rooms.

Description and pictures are at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14870766 . I can easily arrange showings. A happy solution for incoming professionals!

Seeking a house for a friend to rent for reunion

My friend and fellow novelist, alumna Joanna Rakoff, would like to bring her family to reunion next spring and has not been able to find an AirBandB to rent. She would be traveling with her partner and their three children (two preteens and one preschooler), so would like to rent a house or apartment rather than a hotel room. If you plan to be out of town and have a space that would be suitable for them, might you be willing to reach out to Joanna directly? She's joannarakoff@gmail.com and would be delighted to hear from you. Thank you!

Seeking single family housing

Hello. I'm seeking a home to rent starting no sooner than March 2019 for a single family of 4 (5 if you include oldest off to college). Looking for atleast a 4 bedroom, but depending on the layout, a 3 bedroom may work also. Needing atleast a full and half bath. Non smoker and our only pet is a turtle. We've been residents of Oberlin since 2003. Please EMAIL: sumunik1@gmail.com if you have an upcoming available rental or know someone that does. Thank you in advance.

Looking for help at home or in the yard?

All your boxes are packed and the U-Haul is rented. Now, if you just had that extra set of hands to get everything loaded.

Whether it's loading a truck, help with moving furniture or getting a bit of help with a yard project, sometimes the difference in getting the job done is having an extra person on hand at just the right time.

I’m available a couple days each week, schedule varies by week.

Text or email is preferred.
