Love cats?? Super flexible & fun volunteer opportunity

Are you looking for a way to help CATSS that doesn't involve giving money? Our annex location near downtown, where the bigger kittens and cats go when they can no longer stay at Ginko, could really, really use volunteers!

Twice each day, somebody needs to visit this location and do the necessary, unglamorous duties of cleaning the cages (including scooping litter boxes) and making sure everybody has food and fresh water.

Although there are 14 shifts per week, the timing on these is pretty flexible and we're happy to take any time you can give. If you can only come once per week, that's ok! Need to miss a week or two? We're flexible in that regard too. However, you must be reliable for the times that you do commit to and be able to work independently. You'll get plenty of alone time to play and cuddle with the kittens and cats in return for doing the dirty work of cleaning. And, you'll be doing CATSS a huge service by helping us out behind-the-scenes.

Occasionally you may have to give meds as well. We can train you on this if you're not sure.

Post or send CATSS a message via FB!: https://www.facebook.com/CommunityActionToSaveStrays/
