Want to support trans artists?

Want to support trans artists? Here’s your chance to listen to an amazing album put together by two amazing artists Natalie Martin and Madeline Eckhart for FREE. And all you have to do to support them is share the album with others!

Personally, I love Thumpin’ and Admittedly. There’s this 80s funk to it that’s infectious.

OPEN HOUSE Sun 1/21; 1-4 p.m.; 4 Stewart Court, Oberlin; 3-bd/2-ba./2-car/full basement; $309,000

JUST LISTED! A stunning contemporary home designed by Victor Sergent, a local designer, is a great find for any lover of modern aesthetic! Clean structural lines, a south-facing open floor plan, and plenty of windows, work together to create a beautiful, airy, sunny and a comfortable living environment. The L-shaped floor plan allows for the separation of the family living/dining/entertaining spaces from the private bedrooms and bathrooms. A southern deck alongside the entire living area allows for extended enjoyment of outdoors during fall and spring seasons. Custom features include cedar siding, precast concrete panels, Duro-Last roofing, bamboo flooring, low e-glass windows, transomes, granite countertops, hard-wired smoke detectors, dimmable lighting and numerous other desirable features. Built in 2008, the home is well-insulated and energy-efficient, with zoned heating and cooling provided by 2 furnaces and condensing units. The full-height water-proofed basement is already prepped for a future third bathroom and a second fireplace to allow for additional living or hobby areas. Home is low-maintenance, move-in ready, includes all appliances, construction documents/specifications, and a one-year warranty for the buyer's peace of mind. A just-completed general, pest and radon inspection is also available for review during your visit. The home has easy access to a major highway and within biking distance to Oberlin downtown and campus. Stop and share some hot coffee and cookies at the Open house this Sunday! If you can't make that time, please contact me to schedule another.

I am on the Conservatory faculty and have a grant for paying a student worker to do this. I would like to start immediately but could wait until the semester starts if needed.
