Junior Fellows Program 2018-19 The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is a unique global network of policy research centers in Russia, China, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.The Junior Fellows Program is designed to provide a substantive work experience for students who have a serious career interest in the area of international affairs.The Carnegie Endowment annually holds a rigorous national competition to select approximately 12 graduating seniors. Those selected will spend one year at the Carnegie Endowment in Washington, DC, beginning August 1st. Positions are full-time and include salary and benefits package. The Politics Department has been invited to nominate two students.
