Human Resources Sponsors Lunch Time Wellness Seminars

The Department of Human Resources has scheduled a handful of lunch time wellness seminars through its Lifestyle Employee Assistance Program. Wellness seminars are a fun and interactive way to participate in your wellness and work/life benefits.

All seminars will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in Wilder 101. Registration is required and closes three days before the event. The HR team sincerely hopes you can attend. Sandwiches will be served!

Manage Your Time & Stress seminar
