Faculty and Staff Using Windows: Remove Novell Client to Reduce Slowness

Faculty and staff members who have been issued Windows PCs should uninstall the Novell client. CIT is deactivating the Novell server and leaving the client on your computer may cause slowness and error messages.
Please note: this does NOT apply to the Novell iPrint client, which is necessary for printing from Windows.
To remove it, follow these steps:
- Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features
- Locate the entry for Novell Client for Windows.
- Click Uninstall, and allow the computer to reboot.
