Fit Together group fitness - your friends, your location...

Want to get in shape? Want to learn how to exercise properly? Want to improve strength, endurance, stamina, flexibility, and confidence? The Fit Together program is an introduction to bodyweight fitness, offered exclusively to Oberlin students. Wendy Reddinger, a certified and experienced instructor, will lead interval training, and will help you discover the routine that works best for you! Bodyweight exercises can be easily modified to match any fitness level and are safe, hassle-free, and fun. Get a group of your friends together, pick a location where you want to exercise, and Wendy will come to you! Now is the time to get Fit Together! Reasonable rates.
