Jivamukti Yoga Classes Begin

Beginning Wednesday, September 4, Associate Professor of Creative Writing, Kazim Ali, is offering Jivamukti Yoga Classes Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room, 2nd Floor Philips Gym.

Jivamukti Yoga, developed by Sharon Gannon and David Life, is a vinyasa practice that links postures with breath. It is a physically vigorous practice which always keeps the true goals of yoga in mind: breath awareness and mental clarity.

Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. The fee for the class is a $50.00 donation to the Emergency Book Fund, collected at the first two classes.
