Keep Calm and Awkward On- Free Group Fitness Class March 13, 7-9pm, Philips

Keep Calm and Awkward On is a free group fitness class for those with minimal to no coordination. Personal Trainer, Wendy Reddinger, will lead students in exceedingly awkward body movements. All participants will leave with new ideas for exercises that can fit easily into busy academic schedules. Please join us in the Phillip's Gym Double Squash Courts on March 13th from 7:30-9pm to get your awkward on!
