Anxiety Awareness Week: Anxiety and Beyond March 4-March 8

The Office of Student Wellness’ (OSWell) invites students to the first anxiety awareness week, Anxiety and Beyond, which runs from March 4-8. Join us and other campus entities as we present a wealth of programming relating to the purpose of raising awareness about anxiety and providing effective management skills for all students. "Programs will cover a range of topics including general anxiety management strategies, social anxiety, the connections between wellness and performance, as well as daily anxiety screenings in Wilder," says Anaïs Stewart, the event's organizer. "There will even be chances to let your creative energy free through musical improvisation with the PI Ensemble and expressive arts therapy." This series of events is sponsored by OSWell, the Conservatory of Music, Active Minds, Student Senate, the Counseling Center, and Student Health Services.
