Smoking Cessation Class to be Offered in April

The Office of Wellness and Human Resources through the Employee Assistance Program will be offering an on-site Smoking Cessation Class beginning Thursday, April 4. The classes will be held in Wilder and will meet each Thursday during the month of April from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.,
The four -week class focuses on the tobacco habit and helps the participants develop strategies for quitting. The class provides information on medications and other resources that are available.
