Jumpstart your personal exercise regimen for losing weight, building muscle, and increasing endurance and flexibility! FitTogether is a one-module, 12-session program offered exclusively to Oberlin students. Wendy Reddinger, a certified and experienced instructor, will lead interval training classes using bodyweights, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, and jump ropes to help you discover the routine that works for you. Bodyweight exercises can be easily modified to match any fitness level and are safe, hassle-free, and fun. So let’s get FitTogether! Times: • Section 1: Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm and Saturday 1:30-2:30pm (Starts in October) • Section 2: Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm and Sunday 2-3 pm (Starts on October) Location: Phillips Multi-Purpose Room Price: $90 for one module ($7.50 per session), and only $75 for students who return for subsequent modules ($6.25 per session)
