Free Transportation to Cleveland for Iphigenia 2.0. Reserve Your Seat Now!

April 2, 2012

In order to facilitate your transportation to and from Iphigenia 2.0 at the Cleveland Public Theatre , the college has arranged to provide free bus transportation to CPT on two nights of the run. On Friday, April 13 (the official opening night), and Friday, April 20, a bus will take passengers from the Warner parking lot to the front door of the theater. The bus will leave Oberlin at 6:30 on each night. Curtain is 7:30 p.m., the play runs 90 minutes, and the return bus will leave the theater at 11 p.m., giving you time to have a drink or snacks at one of the fabulous Gordon Square Arts District establishments (the best ice cream in Cleveland is available 1.5 blocks from the theater at Sweet Moses' Ice Cream Parlor).

You must reserve your space on the bus by dropping an e-mail to matthew.wright@oberlin.edu, being certain to specify the date you wish to go.

Additionally: Cleveland Public Theater has made the extremely generous offer to make tickets available to the Oberlin College community (students, faculty and staff) to every performance for the unbelievably low price of $10. In order to qualify for this rate you must reserve you tickets online or by phone: www.cptonline.org, phone: (216) 631-2727. When prompted, use the code "OBERLIN" to qualify for this special pricing. Please arrange your ticket prior to setting up your reservation on the bus.

NOTE: if neither of the aforementioned dates works for you, we will be making arrangements for a carpooling "service," as well. More about that later.
