The Office of Wellness is now providing on-site, affordable chair massage for employees at Oberlin College in Wilder 314. This service provides respite during your routine break or time to regenerate during a break or before or after your workday. Chair massage is a form of massage that is done fully clothed and focuses on head, neck, back and arms. As muscles are allowed to relax, the mind can turn off and the body can rejuvenate. Chair massage for stress reduction may help boosts energy, alertness, and productivity. Fee: $1 per minute, scheduled in for 10-30 minutes.
