Fit Together: Group Student Fitness Classes Spring ’12

Do you want to learn how to jumpstart your own personal bodyweight exercise routine to help you build a strong and healthy body? FitTogether is a 6-week, 12 session program exclusively for Oberlin students. Obies will work together and support each other and led by experienced instructor Wendy Reddinger will participate in interval training sessions using bodyweight, kettlebells, resistance bands and medicine balls to help you discover the routine that works for you. Bodyweight exercises can be easily modified to fit any fitness level and are safe, affordable and no-hassle. So lets get Fit Together!!
