Facilities Operations Phasing in New System for Work Orders

The Office of Facilities Operations is in the process of transitioning to a new work-management system for work orders. We anticipate debuting the new system during June, and we will post further instructions and details as soon as possible.
Facilities currently is migrating away from our current system, FAMIS. As part of this migration, we are unable to send e-mail correspondence to end users regarding the status of the work requests they have submitted.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to go live with the new system. This system will allow all end users to submit work requests through the Web/Internet. Users will be able to pull up from the system detailed reports on all work requests they have submitted. The new system also will allow facilities staff to send an e-mail alert when someone submits an incomplete work order.
